I’m not an expert in language learning and make no claims to be one, nor do I have a guaranteed road map to get you from where I started to where I am now. I’m still learning this language, but I’ve made significant progress and have even translated an otome game on my own for practice. Lastly, how I’ve been learning this language may not work for everyone.
This post will detail what I did to get as far as I have with Japanese and what worked for me. Links are affiliate links. There’s absolutely no pressure to use them.
Otome game reviews and the norm will continue. I’m the kind of person who can’t focus on too many things at a given time or I’ll drop whatever I was working on. I’ll be getting back to Ashen Hawk soon.
Intro: Adonis, a group dedicated to purging criminals, uploaded a video of gagged and bound police offers to the public in Shinjuku. They were executed a month later in another public video. Desperate to catch Adonis, the police created the Shinjuku Quarantine Act: everyone 20 or older was required to carry firearms for self-defense. With the threat of X-Day approaching, the police are in over their heads. Ichika Hoshino works for the SRCPO department which deals with the public regarding X-Day incidents. She is ambushed one night and a poisoned collar is locked around her neck. To remove it, she must work with a group of ex-cops, but if her collar is discovered or she reveals the wrong information, Adonis will release the poison in her collar and kill her. Who is Adonis and what do they want with Ichika, the woman they claim has the makings fit for them?
Rejet announced a sequel to an already new drama cd series I’ve become a fan of. Thanatos Night is about fallen angels who sing death songs to their targets. You, the heroine, vary in each cd between desperately desiring death, or longing for love that twists into the need to die to protect their love. In some, the fallen angels fall in love with you, and in others, they deceive you and send you to hell. Each cd features a badass song.
